All our programs include secure, vetted accommodation in student-friendly guesthouses or lodges, with 24/7 security. Standard shared rooms and meals are included. Private room upgrades are available.

Yes. We prioritize your safety. XFE Academy provides 24/7 security, including trained drivers, monitored accommodations, and staff accompaniment during all activities. We can proudly say that we have hosted international guests for years without incident.

While it is preferred that a parent, guardian, or official chaperone accompanies participants under 18, it is not mandatory. XFE Elite Sport Academy provides 24/7 security and supervision for all international participants throughout their stay.

Please note: XFE does not accept liability for incidents outside official training hours or in cases of deliberate misconduct by a participant. If a guardian cannot travel, a release form must be signed by the parent or legal guardian.

During all training sessions, scheduled activities, and official outings, athletes are fully supervised by XFE Academy’s coaches, staff, and support team. Outside of training hours, while direct supervision is not provided, our 24/7 on-site security personnel ensure a safe and controlled environment at the accommodation and facilities.

Parents of minors will be required to sign a release form should they choose to send their child without a guardian.
