We are seeking highly connected, professional individuals in different countries to help us grow.

XFE Academy in South Africa specializes in world-class, high-performance athlete programs and internationally accredited education for teams, individual athletes, and VIP or high-profile individuals.

Programs run for 10 days, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks, or 10 months, and are open to athletes aged 12 years and older, whether in school, at university, post-graduation or professional.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent and promote our elite training programs locally in your country.
• Target sports teams, academies, private schools, universities, high-net-worth families, and corporate sponsors.
• Secure enrollments from athletes or organizations willing to fund athletes for our programs in South Africa.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong personal network in sports, private academies, universities, high-income communities, or among potential sponsors.
• Marketing, sales, or networking experience is required.
• Reliable, presentable, and able to communicate professionally with high-profile individuals and key decision-makers.
• Self-motivated and target-driven individuals who can consistently achieve monthly goals.
• Passion for sports, athlete development, and international exposure.

How It Works:

• This is a performance-based role structured under a formal contract.
• Earnings are based on a commission-only basis 
• Commissions are paid after full program payment is received from the client.

Important Details:

• Only 2 to 3 representatives per region will be selected to maintain exclusivity.
• Applicants must have the confidence, credibility, and networks necessary to represent an elite international sports academy.

Chinese applicants have to be able to speak Chinese/Mandarin and English well
